Pippa FunnellTuesday 23 October 2001
Described in the press as 'Fabulous Funnell', Olympic Event rider Pippa Funnell has just won Gold medal in the European Three-Day Eventing Championships, held recently in the South of France.

She is the first ever rider to win two European Championships back to back on the same horse - Supreme Rock.
The pair horrified the crowd as they crashed into the penultimate fence and then made a brilliant recovery to clear the last and take gold.
She talks to Jenni about the highs and lows of her sport, and of her special relationship with her winning horse.
