Stroke Awareness WeekSaturday 6 October 2001
This has been Stroke Awareness Week.

Over the summer, fifteen year old Rachel King was awarded a prestigious 'Life After Stroke' award. She was only six when she suffered hers.
This would have been a huge trauma for any family, but to the Kings it was a double blow.
Rachel's twin sister, Catherine had been born with cerebral palsy and cystic fibrosis and often needed hospital care. Her, mother Ann takes up the story.
