Gordon Ramsay is one of Britain's best known chefs.

His latest cookery book is about desserts but his reputation is far from sweet.
He first shot to fame when a TV documentary revealed his fiery temper as he shouted and sacked members of his staff.
Since then he's kicked a well known food critic and Joan Collins out of his restaurant and made inflammatory comments about not liking women chefs because they only work three weeks a month due to PMT.
Jenni finds out whether he really does have a temper and hold these views, or whether it's all for show.
She'll also be tasting some of his desserts!
'Just Desserts', by Gordon Ramsay (Quadrille Publishing Ltd; ISBN: 1903845106; £25.00)
