...for a new study into heart disease

Researchers at the University of East Anglia are looking to recruit 150 postmenopausal women to eat a bar of chocolate every day for a year for a study into heart disease. Dr Ketan Dhatariya, Consultant in Diabetes at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital and one of the principal investigators of the study, talks to Jane about what they are hoping to discover through the study.
