Encouraging diversity in ballet

Tonight sees the opening night of a series of performances at the Royal Opera House in London by Ballet Black. The company was set up by Cassa Pancho in 2001 as a way of providing dancers and students of black or Asian heritage with the best possible opportunities in classical ballet, and to bring ballet to as wide an audience as possible. Reporter Louise Adamson went to one of their rehearsals.
Ballet Black are performing at the Linbury Studio at the Royal Opera House in London, 25 - 28 February.
