Lorraine and 'Spiridon Louis'
A racing dog's life

Despite ongoing protests, one of the country's best known dog tracks is to close next week. Walthamstow's last race will be on August 16th and will be a sad day for many, including Lorraine Sams. She's one of the few women trainers in the country, and with the Greyhound of the Year, Spiridon Louis, in her kennels, she's doing well. Lorraine and Spiridon Louis - otherwise known by his pet name of 'Mike' met reporter Lizz Pearson at Lorraine's kennels in Essex.
