Celebrating the special relationship between Ferrari and women
Ferrari makes 6000 cars a year – the latest is the F430 Coupe at a very reasonable £135,000. Although very much the reserve of men, and rich men at that, the car has also been a magnet for rich and beautiful women including Sharon Stone, Brigitte Bardot and Ingrid Bergman. A photographic exhibition at the Ferrari Gallery in Maranello, Italy is celebrating this special relationship between Ferrari and its women. Lara Corner travels to the heartland of the luxury car industry and meets Antonella Marchese who races Ferraris in her spare time.
