A good solution to caring for elderly relatives?

How successful is the "granny flat" as a solution to caring for our elderly? Jonathan Hall is in the process of designing one onto his house for his mother in law. He joins Jenni in the studio, alongside estate agent Clive Tattershall, to explore the benefits and the downsides of living with an elderly relative within your own home as well as discussing the best way to design a granny flat to ensure privacy as well as harmony for the whole family.
