Food
Secret recipes20 July 2006
Three people are to appear in court in Atlanta accused of stealing trade secrets from Coca Cola and attempting to sell them to arch rival, Pepsi - though the secret formula of its main drink has apparently, not been compromised. Company policy has been that only two Coke executives are allowed to know 'the secret formula' at one time and they are barred from travelling on the same plane.

Cookery writer Sophie Grigson and food historian Ivan Day will be joining Jenni in the studio to discuss what makes these recipes so secret...couldn't a good chemist crack the code?
