We hear a lot these days about children's sedentary lifestyles, but an initiative by a former primary school head teacher is doing something to reverse that. Harold Galley has been going into schools with his skipping workshops for nearly ten years now, and he says that reviving this old playground favourite can improve the children's social skills and behaviour - as well as the obvious benefits for their fitness.

Louise Adamson went along to St Mary's C of E primary school at Twickenham in Middlesex to find out more.
