Today is the start of the Henley Women's Regatta, in Oxfordshire. Some 300 crews of rowers from across the world will be competing over a 15 hundred metre course to win a trophy. The profile of women's rowing has grown enormously over the past few years, after Britain's successes at the Athens Olympics - but it wasn't always so.
Among the teams taking part this weekend will be the Star Club - formerly The Bedford Ladies Rowing Club. They've been rowing for more than 50 years - and have seen huge changes to women's rowing in that time. Catherine Carr went to their boat house and met some of the current, and former rowing squads.
