The American violin virtuosa

Sarah Chang is one of the world’s most gifted violinists. A child prodigy, she first laid hands on the instrument at the age of four; she successfully auditioned for the prestigious Juilliard school within two years, making her debut with the New York Philharmonic by the age of eight. Now 28, she has collaborated with leading orchestras and conductors across the world – Sir Simon Rattle and Gustavo Dudamel amongst them. She joins Jenni to discuss her career, and why she wants to leave behind the "child prodigy" label.
