Breast Cancer and Relationships30 Oct 2007
The long-term emotional effects of living with breast cancer.

Jenni considers the long term impact of a diagnosis of breast cancer on a woman’s relationship with her husband or partner. We hear from couples who have been affected by the disease. Has it brought them closer together, or come between them? Jenni talks to Christine Northam, a Counsellor who works for Relate, about how couples can best cope with the emotional effects of breast cancer.
