Nigella's Leftovers26 Dec 2006
Nigella Lawson
Nigella Lawson is one of Britain's best known celebrity chefs. Her first book How to Eat: the Pleasures and Principles of Good Food was published in 1998 and she went on to present a highly successful Channel 4 series Nigella Bites. Her next publication, How to be a Domestic Goddess, became an instant bestseller. She has now sold more than 2.8 million copies worldwide.

Following her BBC2 series this month, Nigella's Christmas Kitchen, Nigella Lawson shows what can be done with Christmas leftovers - sandwiches, salads and turkey curry.
