Fashion
Sensuous scarves21 Dec 2006
Georgina von Erzdorf
The designer Georgina von Etzdorf has an international reputation for vibrant, hand-painted designs. During the 80s and 90s the luxurious velvet scarf, became her trademark. She joins Jenni and fashion stylist, Kathryn
Whittaker, in studio.

Instructions for tying the Etzdorf knot in your scarf: hold out your arms with the scarf stretched between them. Bring it towards you straight against your neck and cross the ends behind your neck bringing each end round the other side. Now you should have the two ends draped down your chest. Bring the middle of the draped left end into the middle of the neck loop, so that you have made a little loop within a loop - now bring the right end into the centre and thread it through the little loop. You should now look like you've made a kind of plait.
