Proposed reforms to child support15 Dec 2006
The Government has promised to come down like a ton of bricks on parents who fail to pay maintenance - with the naming and shaming of offenders. Martha talks to Elaine Sorensen from the Urban Institute in Washington DC and to Duncan Fisher from Fathers Direct.
