Health
Secondary Infertility6 May 2009
Is one child enough?

What happens when you have one child, but your second fails to materialise? If you have produced one healthy baby, you can do it again, right? Not necessarily. Believed to affect as many as one in five couples, secondary infertility is an increasing problem for couples. Jenni talks to one mother whose need for a second child has taken over her life, and to Dr Geeta Nargund, Head of Reproductive Medicine at St George's Hospital in London, about why this happens, and what can be done.
