Miranda from Sex and the City28 May 2008
Cynthia Nixon with Jenni Murray by Dianne McGregor
Cynthia Nixon talks about the new film

The original premise of the series Sex and the City was that women still had to cope with contradictions but did it with style, humour and strong female friendship. Miranda, Carrie, Charlotte and Samantha helped change the image of a single woman in her 30's from lonely desperate spinster to a woman who was in charge of her own economic and sexual destiny. Cynthia Nixon aka Miranda talks to Jenni about the new film and their reunion four years after the television series first ended.

Sex and the City opens nationwide 28th May
