Actor Ruth Wilson stars in two new Stephen Poliakoff dramas
Twenty five year old actor Ruth Wilson received two 'Best Actress' nominations earlier this year for her performance in BBC One’s Jane Eyre. She has also appeared in Gorky’s play ‘Philistines’ at the National Theatre. Now she's starring in two new dramas, by acclaimed director Stephen Poliakoff: A Real Summer and Capturing Mary. She plays a talented, forward-looking young writer in the fifties who has a fateful encounter with Greville, played by David Walliams – an inscrutable and destructive representative of the old guard. She talks to Jane about her life and her roles.
