Health
Borage27 July 2006
As early as the 1600s Borage was renowned for "relieving boredom and dispelling melancholy". It's popularity it seems has not waned and it is in huge demand as a herbal remedy. Large amounts of it are grown in East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, where it has replaced staples like peas.

Judy Merry went to meet Rosie Williams, and Craig May, to discover its many healing properties.
