Miller & McFarlane divorce cases - implications of House of Lords ruling24 May 2006
Divorce is very much in the news at the moment. Rumour has it that Heather Mills McCartney has already signed up her legal team in anticipation of her settlement with Sir Paul. This morning the House of Lords publishes its judgement on two separate cases that will set future legal precedent for Paul and Heather, as well as thousands of other couples in so called "big money cases".

What do these judgements mean in practice? Jenni talks to solicitor Graham Coy.
