Sent to the Paris Conservatoire at the age of 12, Imogen Cooper is now widely regarded as a master interpreter of Schubert's music. Her recitals of the composer's piano solos, recorded last year at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, are now being released to coincide with her upcoming concert at London's Southbank Centre. She joins Sheila to perform in the studio and talks about the solitary life of a solo pianist.
