Getting women into government

David Cameron has pledged to give one third of cabinet posts to women - if he were to be elected Prime Minister. Jane talks to David Cameron about why he has chosen to propose this 'aspirational' quota, how he'll deal with the backlash from his own party and how he intends to increase the existing small number of Conservative women MPs.
