Calls for action not words on approach to women prisoners.

This afternoon in the House of Lords the former Chief Inspector of Prisons Lord Ramsbottom will call for the setting up a Women's Justice Board to improve conditions for women in the criminal justice system. There have been, he says, far too many reports in to the state of women’s prisons and not enough action to improve things. But what role will the Board play? Jenni is joined by Lord Ramsbotham to discuss if the time for talking is over?
