Vicky Jewson - director of Lady Godiva
The first-time director on her modern day tale of Lady Godiva.

The Director Vicky Jewson talks about her film, Lady Godiva, which she has both written and directed. It's a modern day version of the classic tale of the woman who defies her husband and rides naked through the streets in protest at his punitive taxes. She joins Jane to talk about how she managed to persuade over one hundred local business people in Oxford to help finance it and why she owes a lot to Nicholas Parsons.
