Music
Liza Minnelli04 Oct 2006
In 1972 Liza Minnelli starred in the first concert ever to be filmed for television from a theatre. Choreographed by Bob Fosse and with songs written especially for her by Kander and Ebb (the writers of the musical 'Cabaret'), it went on to win the Emmy for Outstanding Single Programme. The show - "Liza with a z" - has now been restored and is being released on DVD. Liza tells Jenni about the importance of the songs for her, why she never wants to walk down the aisle again and, having herself turned 60 this year, what she can recommend about reaching a new decade.

"Liza with a 'Z'", £16.99 by Anchor Bay
