Martina Navratilova10 Jul 2006
Martina Navratilova is the most successful tennis player of modern times. With a career spanning 3 decades, she was ranked the world’s number one for seven years, and has equalled Billie-Jean King’s record of 20 Wimbledon titles, including 9 singles titles.

She defected to the United States from Czechoslovakia in 1973, and overcame vilification for her Eastern Bloc origin, athleticism and sexuality to win both tournaments and fans. And now she’s written a book, Shape Your Self, to inspire others to be their best. She tells Jenni about her life and career.

Shape Your Self Published by Time Warner Books, ISBN 0-316-72791-1
