It may be the most significant festival in the Christian calendar, but Easter also gives the chocoholics among us the excuse to over-indulge ourselves. One woman who doesn't need an excuse to break open a bar of 60 percent Belgian is artist Prudence Emma Staite. Prudence can create anything from chocolate - from small items of wearable jewellery to life-size people and entire chocolate rooms which feed more than 500 lucky people. Her edible works of art have been exhibited all over the world, and she counts household names among her clients. Prudence believes all food is art, and she has a passion for creating edible installations. She's the only chocolate sculptor in the world who actively encourages the viewer to devour her creations. | |
