| | | | Mikhail Gorbachev visited London this week to speak at a conference at the Royal Institute for International Affairs, Chatham House.
He discussed the need for international efforts to slow down the flight of capital from Russia and the extent of money laundering in his country.
But Mr Gorbachev, the Soviet leader who helped to end the era of the Cold War, is still talking about the world order and how reforms that he put in motion have since changed the face of international relations.
James Naughtie spoke to him just after he arrived in London.
