Baseball Cap Blunders
Wearing a baseball cap in hospital is the start of a chain of uncivil behaviour which leads directly to assaulting doctors and nurses. So argued Theodore Dalrymple on today's programme.

Dalrymple calls for "zero tolerance" on the matter. Baseball caps must be banned.
