Frank and David Halliday are brothers, Frank worked in the shipyards all over Scotland and David was an electric engineer of some standing. Frank and his baby brother have always been close and especially so since their elder brother Bill and their wives passed away.
Today there's nothing the pair like doing better than using their free bus passes for away-day outings. Not so long ago they were kind enough to take our reporter, Caroline Barbour, with them.
Very sadly after a sudden illness, David Halliday died a few weeks ago. Frank says he's glad there's been this sort of tribute to his brother and according to Caroline this is not going to stop his travels - when she called he was in the middle of renewing his bus pass.
