When Gaynor Davis started clearing out her late mother's possessions she embarked on a trip back in time - all thanks to her mother's habit of hanging onto stuff.
Inside the box were "lost" ribbons, clips of hair, Brownie badges and other mementoes of her childhood in a box full of "artefacts" collected by her mother.
Gaynor is now filling a box for her son and notices how other visitors to her house also imbue seemingly worthless things with great resonance.
