What if well into your life you discovered that you were not made up of what you thought you were.
Ros Caines-Prentice had a father who was an African, and a mother that she knew came from Austria, but thought no more about it. Then, just before mother died, she discovered her mother was Jewish.
The news took her into the deep and tragic story of a family which she never knew she was part of. Ros's mother had married twice, both husbands died very early in both marriages. Ros was a child of the second.
She tells Paul how she feels let down by her mother and confused about her real identity.
