Did you know dogs are doing hospital rounds?
A chap called Chris Samsa got a shih-tzu from Battersea Dogs Home. Like a lot of rescued dogs it didn't have the best personality but Chris won the dog round.
Ripley ended up with a charming disposition that he now works at Great Ormond Street Hospital cheering up the kids and in 2004 he won the Pets as Therapy Dog of the Year award.
Here's what happened when reporter Judi Herman joined Chris and Ripley at the start of their round.
