Mary-Rose Gilbert (who, incidentally, has been on the programme before) wrote to us again because she was so moved by our series of stories on children in hospital who weren't allowed to see their parents.
Her own experience was directly related, but very different. It was the early sixties, she was newly married and living in a small village in the Midlands. She was also expecting her first baby.
Mary-Rose talked to Jenny Eclair about her son, Robert.
