Anne Parkinson, PhD

Anne Parkinson has nine children, twenty-three grand children and six great-grandchildren. She also has a PhD. In December 2003, most of her family went along to Lancaster University to witness Anne, who was then 87, being awarded her doctorate.
Anne tells Michael Rosen about why she returned to studying.
