Just over two weeks ago two young women, Emm Walters and Rowena Hoseason, set off on their motorbikes to ride round the British mainland.

Twelve days and 2,768 miles later they arrived back at their destination in Blockley in Gloucestershire from whence they had set off. 

Why did they do this? What is the appeal of motorbikes to two otherwise apparently sensible young women in their mid 30s? Home Truths gets out its probing stick...
