Everybody who has ever been to Goa knows Shiva. Shiva is the bloke who comes up to you on the beach and asks where you've come from. 'Tamworth, Staffs,' you say. And Shiva says, 'ST14' because, astonishingly, he has memorised every postcode in the UK.
