Listen to the item

In 1978, when Jon Clayton was only seventeen years old, he was crippled in a motor-bike accident; this left him a quadraplegic, totally unable to use his arms or his legs or, as he puts it, 'anything much basically'.

Today and now in his mid-forties, Jon is one of this country's growing band of Mouth and Foot Painters - you may well have exhibited his painting on your mantelpiece as much of the FMPA's work is transformed into greeting cards.

Reporter Ray Kershaw went to meet him.
