Basketball boy

Listen to the item

Karen Clydesdale is a single mother of three from Livingston. Her eldest son Jason is 17 - and a whopping 6'9" tall. He was a long baby too - he had to have the bottom of his babygro's cut off.

Basketball is the perfect profession for someone so tall, and that is what Jason is doing now. He's in Texas, though, so there'll be no Christmas at home for him this year.

Karen talked about how Jason got started in basketball, and his relationship with twin sisters Hannah and Jannai, who has cerebral palsy.
