Farmoor Fun Circus

Listen to the item

Here once a year a group of children and young people from care and foster homes take part in a residential camp where they make new friends, learn new skills and have a holiday.

At the end of the week they stage a spectacular circus show called the Farmoor Fun Circus featuring clowns, dance, mime, enormous animals built by the children, and special music they've composed and created.

Melissa Viney donned her pierot costume and visited Hill End camp on the big day of the show to talk to the some of the young performers.
