Ed Genochio hasn't quite made it to Shanghai yet. But he has crossed Europe, cycled along the Danube, through Yugoslavia and Bulgaria to the Black Sea, peddled across the Ukraine and Russia and two weeks ago arrived hot and breathless in Mongolia's capital, Ulan Bator - which, dear reader, was where Edward came a cropper.
We rang him earlier this week to find out what had happened.
