 In 1981 Marlene, became agoraphobic. When she went out on her own, she walked so close to the walls for security, that she bruised her arms.
Husband Colin, suggested she get a camera. By concentrating on the photograph rather than how she felt, Marlene could take control of her situation.
Photography broke the barrier for Marlene, liberating her from the house...
