Julie Ward gave birth to triplets Charlie, Cora and Millie.

This would not in itself be remarkable, except that this was her third pregnancy and she had given birth to a single girl on her first, and twins on her second.

Julie is a twin herself (her mother had two sets of twins) and she has a cousin who also has twins, but before that you’d have to go back to 1790 to find another set of twins in the family.

When she went for an initial scan, she expected to hear that it would be twins again. When she was told ‘No, it’s not twins’ she felt disappointed, until she was told it was actually triplets...
