When a two year old died as the result of a fire, Kenny Richey was convicted of capital murder. He has been on death row in Ohio for 18 years.

Amnesty International has described Kenny’s as ‘the most compelling case of innocence on death row’ and more than 100 MPs are backing his appeal.

A federal appeals court in Ohio has rejected the conviction and death sentence on Kenny Richey
