Last week a Home Truths listener said of a French woman enjoying a dinner party with her exes that that sort of thing could never happen in England. Well, au contraire...Jenny Bryant has a very civilised but unusual relationship with her husband, her lover and his sister.

Marius, Jenny, Harriet & Simon

Jenny and Simon have been happily married for many years, although their relationship is not exactly conventional. They each have a new partner.

Jenny's boyfriend is Marius who she met at a friend's party. About 18 months ago she went to Marius's sister Harriet's birthday party. They had already met and got along extremely well. When Harriet was invited to dinner, she was introduced to Simon. They liked each other immediately and started going out shortly afterwards.
