Two decades after Band Aid's Feed the World single, the vast Live Aid gigs that followed are released on DVD. John looks back to 13 July 1985 and the greatest live music event of all time with Dave Hepworth, now editor of Word magazine, who was one of the presenters of the British TV broadcast - and Wes Butters, now presenter of Radio 1's Chart Show, who was six years old at the time...

23 British artists have agreed to donate a major work to the Tate galleries. Some will give work that they create in the future; others, like the sculptor Sir Anthony Caro, are giving a work they have already made. Sir Anthony tells Front Row what he had chosen to give and why, while Tate director Sir Nicholas Serota tells John how the scheme came about.

John is joined by the photographer Eamonn McCabe to discuss the work of his fellow photographer Robert Frank, an American whose work chronicles the lives of London and New York, Detroit and South Wales, as seen in a new exhibition.
