MOBILE PHONE INTERRUPTIONS
The director Kevin Spacey explained to Front Row why he's been making a personal appeal for silent cell phones before performances of his new play at the Old Vic. This follows a performance of The History Boys at the National Theatre starring Richard Griffiths during which a a phone rang 6 times. Front Row investigates the different strategies theatres are adopting to make us switch off our mobile phones.
