FILM FUNDING British made film,Tulip Fever, based on a novel by Deborah Moggah and adapted by Tom Stoppard, is currently in production. Like other Brit Films, it is being made with the help of a tax loophole. But this was suddenly closed by the Treasury last week. John talks to the producer of Tulip Fever, Alison Owen, who has been warning all week that unless the funding gap is closed by the end of today, the film would close.
