From Glasgow Moira Jeffrey, art critic of The Herald, and from Edinburgh, architect and critic Mark Cousins assess the first permanent exhibition space in Scotland for the Royal Collection.

The Royal Collection at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh is officially opened by the Queen on Friday 29 November, and open to the public Saturday 30 November
